Move-out visit: $150* — we re-scan the empty unit and line it up side by side with your move-in record. Home inspection only: $350 — full report with photos. Prices cover homes up to 2,500 sq ft in San Diego, Orange, and Riverside counties. Larger homes, multi-unit properties, barndominiums and estates are quoted.

Before you book.
Does a 360° scan cover California’s photo requirement?
California’s AB 2801 calls for photos of the unit at move-in and at move-out. Every scan is date-stamped, and still images can be pulled from it. If you want a full home inspection report with photos too, choose the Complete Record. This is general information, not legal advice. Check with your attorney or property manager about your situation.
Who pays, and does my agent get paid?
CBF Services, Inc. bills the property owner directly. Agents and property managers can recommend us, but no referral fees are paid to anyone.
Does the unit need to be empty?
For the clearest comparison, yes. We scan after cleaning and before move-in, and again after move-out but before any cleaning or repairs.
Can my tenant see the scan?
Yes. Sharing the baseline link at move-in means both sides are looking at the same record from day one.
Is this a home inspection?
The Complete Record is. It includes a full, non-invasive home inspection with a written report. The 3D Walk + Book on its own is visual documentation, not a home inspection.
